Michael Euler has joined Arising Stars offering Karate and Hap Ki Do classes for adults and Children

Karate: Ages 15 & under: Karate is the art of empty hand self-defense. This unarmed method of combat uses all parts of the body as weapons. Low stances for balance, flexibility of body for faster movements. This art focus is on the upper body power, speed, and techinque for self defense. A fun and educational sport for the beginner. Make friends, have fun and get into shape.

Hap Ki Do: Ages 16 & older: The way of coordinated power. This art combines locking, throwing, blocking, striking, kicking and breaking techniques from different martial art styles to conform to the student. This art relies on circular principles, instead of stopping an opponent attack. The student redirects the momentum to his advantage.
